If a position is listed on our website, we are actively accepting applications. We accept and review applications – and make hiring decisions – on a rolling basis, so apply as soon as possible.
Submit your application and cover letter under “Resume for Future Opportunities”. This will allow your resume to be found in key searches, however, to ensure your resume is reviewed you must apply directly to each position you would like to be considered for.
Because we receive so many applications for each vacancy, we are unable to respond to every candidate. If you could be a good fit for the position, we will email you within approximately two weeks of submitting your application with information about the next step. You will only be contacted if you are invited to advance in the hiring process or to be informed the position has been filled.
Each position may have a different set of questions, which means you will need to submit a new application for each position. You will create a username and password to use after your first application.
Yes. If you are applying for multiple positions, submit a customized cover letter that reflects your interest in all opportunities for which you have applied. You may either submit one cover letter addressing all positions or submit a separate cover letter for each opportunity.
You can submit the application with all zeros; however, our Human Resources Information System is a secure web based site. If you accept a position with NTC your SSN will eventually need to be updated.
Initially, we only review specific materials requested in the job description. We may ask for additional materials at a later time.

If a position does not appear in our list of vacancies, we are no longer accepting applications. NTC’s hiring teams review applicants and move candidates through the hiring process on a rolling basis, and generally postings remain open until we find the right candidate. Occasionally, a posting on an external site outlives the actual vacancy. Our website is the most reliable place to check whether or not a position is still available.
Positions that are listed as having a flexible location can be based out of a home office anywhere in the United States.
