Copyright Complaints

NTC has designated an agent to receive notifications of alleged copyright infringement. If you believe your copyrighted work is being infringed on the NTC website ( or by an NTC Service (e.g. any website, mobile application, or Internet services accessible as part of NTC’s Learning Zone platform (, Ask a Mentor website at, and related Internet services under NTC’s control, whether partial or otherwise, in connection with providing NTC's services), please notify this designated agent:

In notifying NTC of the alleged copyright infringement, please be sure to include the following information (see 17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3) for further detail):

  • a physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed;
  • a description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works;
  • a description of the infringing material and information sufficient to permit NTC to locate the material;
  • contact information for you, including your address, telephone number and/or email address;
  • a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
  • a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Failure to include all of the above-listed information may result in a delay of the processing of your complaint. NTC’s policy is to terminate access to NTC Services for users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.
