In our New Teacher Induction program, JNTP has trained 585 mentors to improve the effectiveness of 1,371 new teachers in 24 states and Canada.
In addition, we have coached 93 principals in either one-on-one or cohort settings. These administrators shape school culture around educational excellence.
We implement JNTP’s new teacher mentoring and administrator support programs with a broad denominational spectrum of Jewish day schools to implement JNTP’s mentoring program in a manner respectful of each school’s philosophy and approach. In total, we have worked with 204 schools through our combined programming.
This year alone, over 30,000 students will have a teacher trained by JNTP!
