Our Impact

Jewish New Teacher Project has trained almost 500 mentors to improve the effectiveness of more than 1,180 beginning teachers by offering our Teacher Induction program in 165 schools in California, Colorado, Missouri, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, Texas, Washington, D.C. and Washington.
In addition, we have coached 65 early-career administrators in either one-on-one or cohort settings. These administrators shape school culture around educational excellence.
We implement JNTP’s new teacher mentoring and administrator support programs with a broad denominational spectrum of Jewish day schools to implement JNTP’s mentoring program in a manner respectful of each school’s philosophy and approach.

This year alone, over 19,000 students will have a teacher trained by JNTP!
